Elizabeth MacLeod is the author of many notable Canadian non-fiction titles including Canada Year-By-Year, and several critically acclaimed biographies. She lives in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and enjoys reading, swimming, theatre and tap dancing. Mike Deas is an author/illustrator of graphic novels. His love for illustrative storytelling comes from an early love of reading and drawing while growing up on Saltspring Island, British Columbia, Canada.
